Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices - 0.7 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the salmon fillet and season with spices to taste (I used fish seasoning, salt, and pepper). Let the fish marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Grate the carrot (use a large one) and mix it with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Chop the onion into small cubes (I used a small onion).
Step 4
Place the fish in a baking dish (whatever is convenient for you). Add the onion, then the carrot with mayonnaise, layer the tomatoes in slices, and sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Bake for 30–35 minutes. It can be served as a standalone dish or with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
