Baked salmon in cream and herbs
Ingredients
- Steaks - 3 pieces
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.1 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
- Dill - 2 sprigs
- Parsley - 2 sprigs
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the steaks. Use a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Remove the bones and cut each steak into 2 fillets.
Step 3
Place the salmon in a dish that is just the right size so that there is not too much space between the fillets.

Season with salt to taste.

Add pepper.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, add 2 egg yolks.

Pour in the cream, add basil, and lightly whisk.

Grate the lemon zest finely.
