Baked Salmon Rolls with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Trout - 31.7 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Gut the fish, remove the fins, and rinse. Prepare the fillet by cutting the fish along the spine into two parts, removing the bones and skin. Cut each half of the fillet along the spine into 2 pieces. Rub each piece on both sides with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the cheese, finely chopped herbs, and the head of garlic. Mash until a thick mixture is formed.
Step 3
Spread the cheese mixture on each piece of fillet and roll them up.
Step 4
Drizzle the vegetables with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease the dish with olive oil, place the fish rolls and vegetables in it.
Step 5
Send the dish to the oven preheated to 356°F. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve the fish rolls with the vegetables.
