Ingredients
- Salmon - 14.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 2.5 oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 2.3 oz
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half. Break the roasted fish into large pieces and mix them with lemon zest.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon, sesame oil, and olive oil until well combined.
Step 3
Add a couple of tablespoons of sauce to the fish and mix well. In the bowl with the remaining sauce, add the spinach and mix thoroughly as well.
Step 4
Place the spinach on a plate, top it with the fish and cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
