- Butter - 4 spoons
- Hard Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the salmon fillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then pour hot water over it and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Pour hot water over the broccoli, add salt, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Whip the cream with the milk, cheese, and eggs, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 4
Layer the vegetables and fish in a greased baking dish, then pour the cream mixture over them. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.
