Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 2 lbs
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste

Cut the salmon into portions. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the fish on it. Slice the lemon and place it on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
