- Salmon - 2 lbs
- Cottage cheese - 5.3 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Green peppercorns - 40 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste

Make cuts across the fillet every 3–4 cm to create pockets.
Step 2
Mix the chopped dill with the cottage cheese or homemade cheese.
Step 3
Fill each cut with the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fillet with sea salt, and add a little fish seasoning and pink peppercorns.
Step 5
Wrap the prepared fillet in foil and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 392°F, until the cuts open up completely.
Step 6
Serve with a fresh salad.
