Baked sea bass with herbs and spinach
Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Sea Bass - 1 piece
- Dill - 0.5 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Banana Leaves - 3 pieces
- Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Fish Oil - to taste
- Lemongrass - 1 stalk
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Tear off a large sheet of foil — sprinkle fish seasoning and salt on the inside, and place a few lemon slices.
Step 3
Wash the fish.
Step 4
Clean the whole sea bass from its insides and scales.
Step 5
Place the fish on the foil.
Step 6
In the cleaned belly, add the fish seasoning mix (I like the brand Santa Maria), salt, a slice of lemon, lemongrass, a couple of lime leaves, cilantro, and dill.
Step 7
Wrap the fish with the remaining herbs on top.
Step 8
Seal the foil so that the fish is completely enclosed.
Step 9
Pour a little water into the baking tray.
Step 10
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 11
Wash and dry the spinach.
Step 12
Sauté for a few minutes in olive oil, adding lemon juice and salt/pepper before serving.
