- Mussels - 3.5 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 2.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Herbs - 0.4 oz
- Basil - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Spaghetti - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 4.1 oz
- Squid - 9.9 oz
- Fish Oil - 3 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the shrimp with the mussels. For each serving, use five mussels and three shrimp. Add chili pepper, garlic, and chopped parsley.
Step 2
Simultaneously, sauté the squid (they are sold already cleaned, so just cook the bodies), cherry tomatoes, and basil. Season well with pepper.
Step 3
Then, slightly undercook the spaghetti, combine the pasta with the sauce, and drizzle with olive oil and fish broth.
Step 4
Now comes the interesting part. Transfer everything from the pan to parchment paper.
Step 5
Seal it up and place it in the oven at 392°F for 3–4 minutes. The three to four minutes is approximate, as cooking times can vary, and shrimp can differ in size.
