Description
Baked spicy pork topped with tomatoes, cheese, and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Stuff the pork tenderloin (escalope, or whatever you prefer) with thin slices of garlic. I used one clove for one piece, cut into 4-5 slices.
Step 2
Coat both sides with a mixture of pepper and salt.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and raw mushrooms (if using a fine grater, you can cut them into thin strips). Mix them together. You can add a little mayonnaise for binding. If you don't like mayonnaise, you can skip it — everything will still melt together.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into rounds about five millimeters thick. Don't skimp on thickness — the thicker the slice, the juicier it will be.
Step 5
Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with foil that has been greased with vegetable oil. Create small edges with the foil to prevent the juices and melted cheese from spilling out. Carefully arrange slices of tomatoes on top of the meat. Then, spread a mixture of cheese and mushrooms over the tomatoes, about two centimeters thick. If there is any leftover mixture, distribute it around the meat.
Step 6
Place in the oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes. The key is not to overcook.
