Baked sweet potato with blue cheese

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato - 1 piece
  • Thyme - ½ bunch
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Blue Cheese - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the sweet potato, without peeling, place it in foil with thyme and garlic, seal it, and put it in the oven at 392°F for 40 minutes.

Step 2

After the specified time, take out the sweet potato, open the envelope, cut the sweet potato in half, season with salt and pepper. Seal it again and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from the oven. Crumble the blue cheese by hand and sprinkle it over the sweet potato (don't be stingy with the cheese). Serve with a sprig of thyme for aroma, and you can also sprinkle with almond crumbs.
