Description

In this case, everything is very simple; the main thing is the combination of sweet and savory. Only a little salt is used, as both mustard and mayonnaise (it's better to use light or even sour cream) already contain salt. If the sweet potatoes are not done after an hour (meaning you have very good sweet potatoes), they need to be cooked longer. Water should be added to prevent burning and to steam them further. This dish is great served as a side to meat or fish.

  • Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Water - 3 fl oz
