Baked Tagliatelle with Bresaola
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 8.8 oz
- Bresaola Ham - 4.2 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Béchamel sauce - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a large pot on the stove and bring water to a boil.
Step 2
In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter, add thinly sliced bresaola, and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
When the water boils, add the tagliatelle and cook for no more than 1 minute. Drain the water, reserving 2 tablespoons.
Step 4
Transfer the pasta to the skillet with bresaola, increase the heat to medium, stir, and pour in the reserved 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
Step 5
Place in 4 ovenproof dishes for serving (or in one large baking dish), pour over the béchamel sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan.
Step 6
Bake until golden brown.
