Ingredients
- Fillet of Sturgeon - 21.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- 10% cream - 7.1 oz
- Cotton Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
- Parmesan Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the trout into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Arrange the tomatoes, previously sliced into rings, between the pieces of trout.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix the cream, corn oil, garlic, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the trout on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the dish for 20 minutes at 356°F. After cooking, sprinkle the fish with grated cheese and leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
