Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 28.2 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 2 spoons
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a deep skillet over medium heat and add the finely chopped onion, a whole piece of turkey, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour in 250 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and place in the oven for 2 hours.
Step 4
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. An hour before the meat is done, place the mushrooms in a dish and sauté them uncovered for another hour until the meat is ready.
Step 5
Remove the dish from the oven. Transfer the meat to a plate. Add cream to the meat sauce and bring it to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
Step 6
Cut the meat into small pieces and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle with mushroom sauce on top and serve.
