Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 3.5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Curry - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In heated olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic in a pot until golden brown.
Step 2
In a baking dish (I used an enameled pot designed for baking), layer the pea pods, roughly chopped bell pepper, thin slices of potatoes, and thick slices of sausages. Sprinkle with spices, drizzle with olive oil, and gently mix.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 150–356°F.
