  • White Amur - 28.2 oz
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Lemon - ½ piece

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Wash and clean the fish. Cut off the head.

Step 3

Rub the fish with garlic, salt, and pepper. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and place it in the fish's belly.

Step 4

Make cuts on the fish. Slice the lemon and place the slices in the cuts.

Step 5

Wrap the fish in foil. Pour 1.5 cups of water into a baking tray and place the fish in it. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven. Bake for about 1 hour.
