Wash and clean the fish. Cut off the head.
Step 3

Make cuts on the fish. Slice the lemon and place the slices in the cuts.
Step 5
Wrap the fish in foil. Pour 1.5 cups of water into a baking tray and place the fish in it. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven. Bake for about 1 hour.
