Baked young potatoes with green onions

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 8 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 4 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 1 stalk

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rub each potato with a small amount of olive oil and salt, then wrap in double layers of foil.

Step 2

Once the coals are hot, place the potatoes directly into them.

Step 3

Cook for 15 minutes, turn with tongs, and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove one potato, unwrap it, and check for doneness.

Step 4

Fold back the top of the foil from each potato and top with a spoonful of yogurt and green onions.
