Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 3 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the zucchini, cut in half, and scoop out the flesh from the center.
Step 2
Dice the zucchini flesh, onion, and chicken fillet into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, sauté the diced vegetables and chicken in vegetable oil, and add minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
Step 4
Stuff the mixture into the zucchini halves, place tomato slices on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (or any other cheese), and bake in the oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
