Baked zucchini with tomatoes and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Young zucchini - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Dried parsnip - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini, slice it into thin rounds. Place on a baking sheet, previously greased with olive oil. Season the zucchini with salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes and place them on top of the zucchini. Grate the Parmesan and garlic, and sprinkle them as the third layer. Add dried parsley.

Step 3

Bake in an oven preheated to 392°F for 35 minutes.
