- Garlic chips - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the meat filling.
Step 2
Divide the minced meat into portions of about 250 grams each. One portion will make one pljeskavica.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and spices to the separated portion and mix well.
Step 4
Shape a flat patty the size of a dessert plate. Let it rest. Grill on both sides until fully cooked.
