Description
This is a great marinade for red meat. The quantity is approximately for 1 kg of meat.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Fresh Rose Hips - 6 sprigs
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and 0.5 teaspoons of freshly ground pepper.
Step 2
Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs.
Step 3
In a dish, place half of the rosemary leaves, layer the meat on top, pour the marinade over it, and sprinkle with the remaining rosemary. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours, occasionally turning the meat.
Step 4
Before grilling, season the meat with salt and pepper (remove the garlic pieces and rosemary leaves beforehand).
