Ingredients

  • Porcini Mushrooms - 2 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Chickpea - 7.8 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - 4.9 oz
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
  • Honey-Mustard Dressing - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Let marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 3

Transfer the mushrooms with the marinade to a baking dish, cover with foil, and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool.

Step 4

In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, torn salad greens, chickpeas, diced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion.

Step 5

Drizzle with honey-mustard dressing, toss, and serve.
