Description

Ingredients

  • Xanthan - 0 oz
  • Sugar - 0.7 oz
  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
  • Cinnamon - a pinch
  • Ice - 10 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crush regular sugar, vanilla sugar, and xanthan gum with cinnamon in a mortar.

Step 2

Pour milk into the mixer and add a peeled banana, cut into pieces.

Step 3

Blend the milk and banana at high speed until smooth. Add the mixture of sugars, cinnamon, and xanthan gum, and continue blending at high speed for two to three minutes.

Step 4

Add ice and stir for another minute. Pour into glasses.
