Ingredients
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Celery stalk - 4 pieces
- Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
- Capers - 4 tablespoons
- Walnuts - 20 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Chives - 1 bunch
- Salt - a pinch
- White Pepper (whole) - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Set aside celery leaves, 8 chives, 8 diagonal slices of banana, 4 walnut halves, and a few (4-5 per serving) capers for garnish.
Step 2
Cut the banana and celery into cubes about 1 cm on each side. Crush the walnuts.
Step 3
Mash the cheese with a fork, mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Combine with the other ingredients.
Step 4
Distribute into cups. Garnish with banana slices, a celery leaf, a walnut, capers, and chives.
