  • Soy Vanilla Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
  • Toasted Sesame - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the bananas in the freezer to ensure the smoothie is pleasantly cold without adding ice. Once they are frozen, peel the bananas.

Step 2

Place the frozen bananas in a blender, add soy milk and the contents of a vanilla pod (or a few drops of vanilla extract), along with sesame seeds. Blend everything together until smooth and serve.
