  • Duck wings - 2 lbs
  • Ketchup - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, and honey.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and crush it, then add it to the marinade.

Step 3

Season with red pepper and mix well.

Step 4

Rinse the chicken wings under running water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 5

Trim the tips off the wings.

Step 6

Pour the prepared marinade over the wings and let them marinate overnight.

Step 7

Cook the wings over hot coals, turning occasionally, until golden brown (about 20 minutes).

Step 8

Garnish with herbs.
