Ingredients
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Chili Sauce - ½ tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1½ tablespoons
- Pork Skewers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the pork. It is preferable to coat each piece separately with sauce, vinegar, and spices with salt. Place them in a large bowl. Slice 1 onion into rings and distribute them between the pieces of pork. Leave for 7–8 hours (it marinates better if left overnight) in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Heat a skillet, add the sliced onion to the skillet, and take the pork out of the refrigerator. Place the pieces in the skillet. Pour the marinade with the onion over them. Fry the pork for about 10–15 minutes, adding 1 cup of water. Simmer for another 30–40 minutes until fully cooked, remembering to turn the pieces to prevent burning.
Step 3
Serve with mashed potatoes or spaghetti.
