Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 1 cup
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pork and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, slice it into thin half-rings, and fry it together with the pork until golden brown.
Step 3
Sort the barley, rinse it, soak it in cold water for 2–3 hours, then rinse again.
Step 4
Place the meat with the onion in a pot or casserole, add 2 cups of water, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add the barley to the pot and cook in a preheated oven covered until done.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 7
Allow the cooked barley to cool, transfer it to a saucepan, pour in the beaten eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the finished casserole on individual plates.
