Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 5.3 oz
- Pearl barley - 2.8 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 8.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Pickles - 1.8 oz
- Pork fat - 0.9 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the pork, cut it into small pieces, and fry it in heated lard.
Step 2
Sort the barley, rinse it, soak it in cold water for 3 hours, then boil until semi-cooked and distribute into portioned pots.
Step 3
Peel and wash the carrot and onion, sauté them in heated vegetable oil, and distribute them into the pots with the porridge.
Step 4
Peel, wash, and cut the potato into small cubes.
Step 5
Cut the pickles into strips.
Step 6
Add the meat, potato, pickles, pepper, bay leaf to the pots, pour in salted water, and cook in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
Step 7
Wash, dry, and chop the parsley and dill.
Step 8
Serve in portioned pots, sprinkled with herbs.
