Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 7.1 oz
- Morels - 3.5 oz
- Fat - 3 tablespoons
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and slice them.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, slice it into half-rings, and heat with fat at full power for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the onion and cook at full power for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Wash the carrots, peel them, slice them into strips, add to the mushrooms, cook at full power for 2 minutes, then pour in 2 cups of water, add salt and spices.
Step 5
Thoroughly rinse the barley groats, add them to the container with onion, carrots, and mushrooms, and bring to a boil at full power.
Step 6
Then reduce the power to medium and cook the porridge for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the finished porridge on plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
