- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Aspen mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 5 pieces
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch

Sort the barley, rinse it, pour in 3 cups of hot water, and cook until thickened.

Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and chop finely.

Peel the onion, wash it, slice into thin half-rings, and sauté with the mushrooms in melted butter.

Mix the sautéed mushrooms and onion with the porridge, cover the pot with a lid, and place it in a preheated oven to stew for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Season the finished porridge with salt, sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley, and serve separately with sour cream sauce.
