  • Pearl barley - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Bacon - 2.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Rinse the barley groats first with warm water, then with hot water.

Step 2

Bring 650 ml of water to a boil, add salt, pour in the groats, and cook on high power for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the onion, wash it, and chop it.

Step 4

Cut the bacon into small pieces, mix it with the onion, and heat on high power for 1–2 minutes.

Step 5

Mix the cooked porridge with the onion and bacon, season with pepper, and serve.
