Ingredients

  • Champagne Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Basil - 0.7 oz
  • Cilantro - 0.7 oz
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ pieces
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Crush the garlic and finely chopped ginger in a mortar until it forms a paste, then mix it with olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, honey, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Chop the cilantro and basil coarsely and mix them with the sauce, then add the finely sliced chili pepper and mix again.
