Ingredients

  • Basil - 1.8 oz
  • Dill - 0.2 oz
  • Leek - 0.2 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Roasted Peanuts - 0.9 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 2½ tablespoons
  • Salted Butter - 1.6 oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1½ tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 10 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 pieces
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1½ teaspoons
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz

Slice the leek into rings and place it in a blender.

Add the dill to the blender.

Then add the basil. If the stems are not too thick, you can add them as well.
