Ingredients
- Basil - 1.8 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Leek - 0.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 0.9 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 2½ tablespoons
- Salted Butter - 1.6 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1½ tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 10 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the leek into rings and place it in a blender.
Step 2
Add the dill to the blender.
Step 3
Then add the basil. If the stems are not too thick, you can add them as well.
Step 4
Grate the cheese and add it to the herbs.
Step 5
Turn on the blender for about 15 seconds.
Step 6
Add the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
Step 7
Blend again in the blender.
Step 8
Add the butter.
Step 9
Then add the wine vinegar and blend the mixture.

Chop the garlic coarsely and add it to the blender.

Add the olive oil.

Add the apple cider vinegar.

Add salt.

Add the chili pepper and blend vigorously until smooth.
