- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Flounder - 21.2 oz
- Mint - 1 sprig
- Courgette - 7.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Ground Cumin - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and chop the mint.
Step 2
Rinse the flounder fillet, cut into slices, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Rinse the rice, soak in 400 ml of water for 30 minutes, season with salt, and cook.
Step 4
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Step 5
Wash the chili pepper and chop it.
Step 6
Peel, wash, and dice the onion.
Step 7
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the fish slices, and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

In a separate skillet, add the onion, chili pepper, zucchini, and olives with the remaining heated oil and fry for 5 minutes.

Combine the rice with the vegetables and fish, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with cumin, and gently mix.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped mint.
