  • Paprika - a pinch
  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • French Baguette - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the baguette into large squares, sprinkle with paprika, lightly salt, and place in a preheated oven to dry out.

Step 2

Cut the chicken, tomatoes, and cheese into large pieces.

Step 3

Place the ingredients in a salad bowl, dress with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, seasoned with grated garlic and ground black pepper.

Step 4

Since tomatoes release juice quickly, serve immediately. Before serving, add croutons and mix again.

Step 5

Another great sauce: mix ginger, basil, nutmeg, coriander, and a blend of peppers (black, white, pink, allspice) with a tablespoon of water, stir well, and let sit for a couple of minutes. Then mix with mayonnaise.
