Ingredients

- Garlic - 4 heads
- Lamb Fat Netting - to taste
- Quince - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 15 oz
- Chickpea - 5 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - 0 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Raisins - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the onions and then add slices of meat in hot oil. Dice the carrots and fry them with the meat until partially cooked. Then add the soaked chickpeas from the night before, the garlic cloves, and the peeled and halved quince. Pour in water and simmer until the peas are soft.
Step 2
After that, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle in the rice, pour in water, and cook over high heat for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard. Cook the carrots and cut them into decorative shapes, and cut the onions into basket shapes.
Step 4
Mix the finished pilaf. Remove the quince and garlic. Garnish the pilaf with them, and also place the onion baskets with pomegranate seeds and egg wedges around the edges.
