Ingredients
- Thick Beef Rib - 2 lbs
- Balsamic Vinegar - 3 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Honey - 1.8 oz
- TABASCO® - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 8 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the marinade, mix balsamic vinegar, oil, broth, TABASCO, honey, and minced garlic.
Step 2
Cut the beef ribs into four to five pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grill the ribs on a barbecue or grill, turning frequently, until cooked (about 20–30 minutes).
Step 4
Ten minutes before they are done, dip the ribs in the balsamic glaze and place them back on the grill.
Step 5
Serve the ribs hot with grilled vegetables or sauces.
