Ingredients
- Burger Patty - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 1.8 oz
- Barbecue sauce - 1.8 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Paprika - 0 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1.8 oz
- Romaine lettuce - 2.1 oz
- Lemon - ¼ piece
- Radicchio Salad - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the patty from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes; slice the cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
Step 2
Fry the bacon over high heat for 30 seconds on each side, transfer to a paper towel; cut the bacon in half.
Step 3
Brush the buns with olive oil on the cut sides and grill them in a frying pan over high heat for 30 seconds until grill marks appear, lightly pressing the center of the bun with your hand.
Step 4
Set aside half of the frisée lettuce, tear the remaining lettuce by hand, place it in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and toss.
Step 5
Brush the patties with olive oil, season with salt, sprinkle with paprika, and grill on one side in a hot frying pan for 1 minute; flip, add pepper, cover the patty with a slice of cheddar cheese, and grill for another minute.
Step 6
Spread barbecue sauce on the buns; place the patty with cheese on the bottom bun, then add bacon, cucumbers, and frisée lettuce.
Step 7
Cover with the top bun and serve with salad.
