Ingredients

  • Green Beans - 7.1 oz
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Red Onion - 0.9 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dry White Wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Basil - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Pitted olives - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the beans in salted water for 15 minutes, drain in a colander, and let the water drain off. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the onion into half-rings, the cheese into small thin slices, and the olives into halves.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the crushed garlic with salt, and let it cool. Add the wine, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to the sauce.

Step 3

Mix the prepared salad ingredients and drizzle with the sauce. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped basil.
