Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Tortillas - 6 pieces
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Cheshire Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander essential oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Poultry - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the filling, finely chop the boiled chicken.
Step 2
Grate the cheddar cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Drain the liquid from the can of beans.
Step 4
Chop the cilantro coarsely and the green onions medium.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, reserving some cheddar cheese. Optionally, for those who like it spicier, add canned jalapeño to taste.

Take a tortilla and place the filling closer to one edge, then roll up the tortilla, leaving a small edge. To keep the tortilla in shape and prevent it from falling apart, place some grated cheddar on the edge.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Place the tortilla on a heated grill pan, seam side down, and fry for about 1 minute on each side.
Step 9
Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for no more than 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Serve with fresh guacamole.
