Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Champignon Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Canned Red Beans - 1 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Sunflower Seeds - ⅓ cup
- Sesame Seeds - ⅓ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground chili pepper - ⅓ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Flax seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Dry yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Chop the mushrooms, add them to the onion, and sauté for about 10 minutes until soft. Transfer to a bowl and add the red beans, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix thoroughly and blend in a blender.
Step 2
Toast the sesame and sunflower seeds in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes and add to the mixture along with the spices, flax seeds, yeast, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, and 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form patties from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, flip the baking sheet, and bake for another 15 minutes.
