Description
The salad is very simple, quick, and filling. It's best to use beans in tomato sauce. I experimented with a Mexican sauce from a common brand — it wasn't as good. If you love cilantro, it tastes impeccable with it. But it's also good without. It's better to use sliced mushrooms to avoid hassle. On the second day, the salad isn't as tasty — the croutons get too soggy, although it depends on personal preference! I like the croutons to be slightly crunchy.

- Herbs - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
