Description
This recipe uses beef and chicken mince, but you can use any available type. You can use one type or mix two or three. The essence of mixing the mince is that it becomes juicier without adding onions or breadcrumbs. Generally, you can cook with just one type, but you can add extra ingredients (grated onion, potatoes or cabbage, breadcrumbs, fat, or something else). I am not a proponent of extras in cooking, so this recipe is without additional meat softeners. It is best to serve the meatballs with a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
