Beef and Tequila Fajitas

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 6 fl oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Mild Chili Spice - 3 pieces
  • Tequila - 2 tablespoons
  • Beef - 2 lbs
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Tortillas - 8 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the oil, lime juice, minced garlic and chili, tequila, and a little black pepper. Add the sliced beef, stir, cover, and let marinate for a few hours or overnight.

Step 2

Dry the meat and add the sliced bell peppers and onion.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 302°F. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place them in the oven for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, sauté the meat with the vegetables until cooked through. Place the warm tortillas on plates, and in the center, add the meat with vegetables. Serve with guacamole, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
