Ingredients

  • Beef - 17.6 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 5 pieces
  • Sweet Red Onion - 1 piece
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
  • Honey - 0.7 oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vinegar essence - 2 fl oz
  • Water - 2 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, peel and cut the onion in half. Mix the vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio. Marinate the onion.

Step 2

Cut the beef into slices about 1–1.5 cm thick, season with salt and pepper. Sear the meat in olive oil over medium heat for 2–2.5 minutes on each side. Let the meat cool.

Step 3

While the meat is cooling, rinse the bell peppers and cucumbers. Cut the vegetables into strips.

When the beef has cooled, cut it into strips as well.

Slice the onion into half rings.

For the dressing, use mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey. Combine all the listed ingredients to your taste (for example: 200 g mayonnaise, 50 g mustard, 20 g honey), mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Serve the salad in portions. In each plate, tear the lettuce leaves, then layer the cucumbers, peppers, onions, and meat, and drizzle with the dressing.
