- Cucumbers - 5 pieces

- Honey - 0.7 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, peel and cut the onion in half. Mix the vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio. Marinate the onion.

Cut the beef into slices about 1–1.5 cm thick, season with salt and pepper. Sear the meat in olive oil over medium heat for 2–2.5 minutes on each side. Step 3
While the meat is cooling, rinse the bell peppers and cucumbers. Cut the vegetables into strips.
