Ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder - 17.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Garlic - 5 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the beef and let it drain, then cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes slightly smaller than the beef cubes, and cut the pepper accordingly.
Step 3
Mix the beef, potatoes, and pepper in a bowl. Add salt and spices to taste; I add herbes de Provence.
Step 4
Place the mixture into a baking sleeve, add 5 tablespoons of sour cream on top, and put it in an oven preheated to 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 5
After 1 hour, cut open the sleeve and let it bake for another 15 minutes, checking the doneness of the potatoes.
