- Russian Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Mandarins - 2 pieces
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Curry - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a hot skillet, place the onion, sliced either into half rings or quarters, then pour in the olive oil and add the beef cut into cubes of 1.5x1.5 cm, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the plums into quarters, remove the pits, and add them to the skillet with the meat, allowing them to brown slightly before removing from heat.
Step 3
Make a mixture of grated cheese, finely chopped dill, nutmeg, curry, and mandarin juice.
Step 4
Combine the hot meat with the spicy cheese and dill mixture, add some water, and transfer to a ceramic dish, baking in the oven for 35 minutes at 338°F.
