Ingredients

  • Beef - 1⅕ kg
  • Dry White Wine - ½ glasses
  • Mustard Greens - 2 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onion - 2 heads

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into small pieces and brown them in a well-heated skillet. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2

Mix the wine, mustard, pepper, and salt.

Step 3

In a small pot, layer the thinly sliced onion, then add the meat on top, and pour in the wine mixture. Place it over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 2.5 to 3 hours.
